1. About the Company

2. Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes details of the products, prices, billing address, and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at FÖRETAG@FÖRETAG.SE.


3. Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Due to high demand with postal services, delivery delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding, as this is beyond our control.

If a delivery delay occurs and you have not been informed of an extended delivery time, please contact us at FÖRETAG@FÖRETAG.SE.

Please note that additional customs duties and VAT charges may apply, as you are considered the private importer of the ordered product.


4. Prices

All prices in the store are listed in EURO and include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, typographical errors, or incorrect pricing caused by inaccurate information.


5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the product.

5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at FÖRETAG@FÖRETAG.SE. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products you wish to return.

Returned products must be sent back without delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the products are returned in good condition, well-packaged, and preferably in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the product.

5.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken.

  • Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Fully performed services where you have expressly agreed to waive the right of withdrawal.

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly, such as food products.

  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.


6. Complaints and Claims

All products are inspected before shipment. If a product arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will rectify the issue free of charge in accordance with consumer protection laws.

You must contact us for approval before returning a defective product. Complaints must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to File a Complaint

Please report defects or errors by email to FÖRETAG@FÖRETAG.SE, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

If we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a replacement product, we will refund the purchase amount in accordance with consumer protection regulations. We cover return shipping for approved claims.

We reserve the right to reject claims if the product is found not to be defective. Claims are handled in accordance with guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the product.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or supplier failures.


8. Product Information

We reserve the right for typographical errors and product sell-outs. Product images may not exactly represent the actual product due to screen settings, photo quality, or resolution differences.
